BD STANDARD 09 with the three floors without basement is mainly suitable for plain terrain in rural or suburban environment• on each floor are designed two apartments, on the ground floor are 1- and 2-bedroom, the others are 3-bedroom • the highest level is designed as a residential attic • 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor is designed for people with limited mobility using a wheelchair • wheelchair entry is secured by a ramp • apartments are designed with standard equipment and with an emphasis on compactness of the disposition • mass-spatial object structure is emphasised by multiple span roof in combination with modern elements on the facades.BD ŠTANDARD 09 3-story object with a wall construction system and a wooden roof construction system • bearing structure is designed from sporuses-concrete blocks Ytong or brick Wienerberger system in combination with a reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings• rafters structure is designed as a set of saddle roofs, wooden elements of rafters are visible externally • house is designed from the commonly used materials - plaster in two colors, Bramac roofing, and railings of balconies of perforated sheet metal welded to the steel frame• each apartment is heated by its own boiler placed in separate technical rooms next to each apartment
