General terms and conditions

Design documentation for a single-family house, with standard delivery, can be used in for land use decisions, to obtain a construction permit and for building the house.

When ordering through the online form, all data has to be filled in exactly and correctly (the telephone contact is important) and the completed order form has to be sent. The 150,- € deposit can be paid by:
a./ postal money order. (sample of filling a post money order)
b./ internet bank transfer.
In all cases, your order will be accepted after the 150,- € deposit for the design has been remitted, i.e. on the day the postal money order stub (or photocopy thereof) is delivered to our address (for rapid processing of your order, the postal money order stub may be faxed), on the day your payment is received in our account or the day when cash payment is received.

- The time is understood to be the day scheduled for mailing or the date for personal handover of the design.
- The time period for express or super express delivery runs from the period for due ordering and remittance of the deposit to the date scheduled for mailing. We recommend the express or super express delivery options be checked in advance by telephone for capacity reasons.
- Surcharges for express or super express delivery will be charged in the final invoice.
- For designs indicated as new, the delivery period is five weeks; if an itemized budget is ordered, the delivery period is six weeks.
Discounts
- We provide any authorized person, with a building savings agreement from Prvá stavebná sporiteľňa a.s., a 5% discount on the design.
- To receive a discount, a copy of the “Client Card” or a copy of the “Confirmed Concluding of a Building Savings Agreement” form has to be sent together with the design order.
- No additional discounts can be received.
- The discount (from the price, exclusive of VAT) will be included in the final invoice.
Surcharges for additional prints
In the event that you are going to have a turnkey constructed house or partially contracted construction, we recommend your order one or two counterparts (sets of the completed design), and in addition for the purpose of selecting a building contractor. For any design ordered after 1 January 2002, our Company will, in addition, deliver the completed prints of the design documentation for only € - the price of the basic design.
In addition, you can also order the counterparts later when you find out that you need them. In such a case, it is enough to call on the telephone, give us your customer number, address and the number of additional prints you need. We will deliver them directly to you at your home during the standard delivery period, cash on delivery. Designs as well as individual drawings are copyright protected under §24, par. 3) of Act No. 618/2003 Coll. and any copying without the author’s consent is not permitted.
Cancellation

If an order for design documentation is cancelled more than 24 hours after it was made, there will be a deposit fee of 150,- € payable to our Company to compensate for heliographic work done.
- No cancellations once documents have been physically transferred.
- Any engagement where documents are not handed over within 30 days of the agreed time for executing them is considered to be cancelled.
Ordering designs
When you order in person at the Company’s headquarters (in Bratislava), you can pay the 150,- € deposit as follows:
- A. In cash at the Company’s headquarters
- B. With a debit card at the Company’s headquarters
- C. With a "U" type postal money order with the name and account number filled in (sample filled money order)
When you are making a written order , a registered letter has to be sent to our Company’s headquarters (listed below) together with a legible and completely filled in order form located behind page 16 of our catalogue and the control stub (or a photocopy of it) from the money order with which the deposit was paid. The 150,- € deposit can be paid as follows:
- A. With a "U" type postal money order with the name and account number filled in (sample filled money order)
- B. Bank transfer to the Company’s account: TATRABANKA, a.s. Bratislava, 2620340646/1100
